Today I’m gonna be talking about ‘recovery’ which is super important in order to avoid overtraining. Overtraining is going to lead to sickness injuries and just a general dislike for your training program. So, I like to think about three things when I’m thinking about recovery. Sleep, nutrition, and stretching.

Sleep is really important it gives our your muscles time to repair and your brain a time to refocus and refresh yourself so that you’re not too tired to think about your next training session.
