Phillipa Fitness Question # 51 – What are some medicine ball exercises?

Hey guys it’s Phillipa here from Fit Futures and today I’m going to go over a couple of medicine ball exercises for you.

So the first one I’ve got is a Russian twist with a toss. Sitting on the floor with your feet up touching each side and then I throw in between.

Awesome, the second one is just a standard squat and press. So you can use whatever size medicine ball you like.

My last one is a press up with a slight variation. So one hand on the ball, do your press up and then roll it across to the other hand.
